Research shows that it takes about average 66 days for someone to form a habit!
So i create a simple column at the side >> ..it's bout some habit that i'm willing to kick or form!
For starter..just those 4..actually..the list could go up to a hundred if i want..lols
I guess there's just so much improvements i can make for myself~
